We will not provide personal information to third parties without the User’s consent, except in the following cases:

   • When the User has given prior consent

   • When provided to subcontractors (e.g., shipping companies, payment processors such as Stripe or AirWallet) to the extent necessary
Note that if servers are located overseas, personal information may be transferred abroad. In such cases, we will take appropriate safeguards.

   1. We will implement appropriate security measures (e.g., encryption, access restrictions) to prevent the loss, leakage, or alteration of personal information.

   2. Personal information will be retained for 5 years after the completion of Services and will be promptly deleted thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

   2. Upon such a request, we will respond within a reasonable scope without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) per request may be charged.
