Payment PeriodPayment must be made within 3 days of placing the order. Work will begin once payment is confirmed.
Delivery TimeThe estimated delivery date will be determined in consultation with the customer during the pre-work quotation process.
Exchanges and Returns (Refund Policy)
• Computer and smartphone repairs, custom PCs: Only defects reported within 24 hours of delivery will be addressed.
• Parts:
• New: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Used or customer-provided parts: No warranty provided.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of any payments made.
• Cancellation after work begins: Handled in accordance with Article 6 of the Terms of Use.
• Full payment in advance: 10% of the contract amount will be refunded.
• 50% payment in advance: An additional 40% of the contract amount will be charged.※Please refer to the Terms of Use for details.
